Custom Messages received in-game Hi Summoners, We have received several reports for the past few days about players getting messages from "Garena PH" while they are in-game, claiming that they would be banned. Please be informed that we only ban players reported using the in-game report tool and we only send notifications to reported players using the Garena Plus notification system. For those players who have received a special message while in-game, this is only a prank message from one of those in your PvP.net Buddy list. These colored messages are currently possible as HTML tags are allowed to be used from PvP.net to players in-game, thus creating some confusion. That being said, we are now in contact with our developers to address this issue and they have assured us that this would be fixed at the soonest time possible.
