Customer Comments: Message: I just wanted to pass on my thanks and appreciation after our recent purchase at your store. Too often customers are quick to tell you what you have done wrong, but hesitate to thank you for a job well done. My wife and I have been searching for a pre-owned Routan and found ob eat your dealership. After calling to verify it was on the lot, I made the 3 hour drive north to Madison. I was met at the door by one of your salesmen, Gary McIntosh, who was expecting me and promptly showed me to his desk where he had the vehicles paperwork and documents waiting. After reviewing those, he walked me to the service area where the freshly detailed Routan was waiting. During the test drive, Gary directed me down a route that allowed me to experience all of the road conditions I would see during actual use. The negotiations were painless, greatly assisted by his sales manager, Chris. Chris arranged for the vehicle to be delivered to our home over 3 hours away. Garys follow up was much appreciated as well. Car buying can be stressful, but this experience was far from it. Your dealership is lucky to have gentlemen like Gary and Chris representing your brand.
