We have used your services for about six months, and I wanted to commend you on the excellent quality of your service. We have a home security system from RSS and armed response. The security system recommended by your consultants was suited to our requirements and we are very happy with the quality and reliability. My biggest compliment is to your armed response team. Our alarm has gone off on multiple occasions, often as a result of our own mistake, and your call centre and armed response have always been courteous and friendly. The guards who come through are friendly and don’t mind checking our property whenever we feel uncomfortable.
