Hours: 8:00 – 4:30pm (Monday – Friday) Assistant CSR Duties: Reception coverage Filing and sorting Distributing of faxes Reviewing and distributing Customer Service emails located in the company emails Updating Customer Database such as: Name & Address corrections Third party shipping updates Flagging accounts as (GPO) Group purchasing organizations Flagging accounts with specific notes & instructions Assisting New Accounts coordinator with: New Accounts Set-up Web order retrieval & processing Linking customer to Company website Call report updates Assist Customer Service with: Answer overflow of calls Assist customers with returns and replacement orders Gathering information to research products and parts Be able to identify vendors and parts needed (once fully trained) Process orders, returns, quotes, create part numbers, etc. (once fully trained) Follow up on quotes, open sales orders, emails, etc. Display courtesy and respect to all customers Any assigned projects Skills: Good computer & typing skills Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel & Word) Good spelling and grammar skills Good phone skills Be able to handle difficult customers Quick learner and willingness to learn Pleasant manner Customer Service Experience Call center experience a plus Bilingual Spanish preferred but not mandatory
