Customer Service/Data Entry Representatives (Chicago) Customer Service/Data Entry Representatives We are currently seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our team as Customer Service/Data Entry Representatives, with the availability to work between the hours of 6.30am and 5 pm 6 days per week, with weekends required. As an important member of our team and call center, you will work with other customer service professionals to deliver superior service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: • Use established guidelines to handle inbound and outbound calls • Provide feedback to Supervisors concerning escalations, possible problems or areas of improvement • Perform miscellaneous duties and clerical work as directed by Supervisors Requirements/Necessary Qualifications: • Experience in a high volume inbound and outbound customer service center with computer input during calls • Ability to mufti-task in a fast paced environment • Great attention to detail • High School Diploma or GED required, Associates degree preferred • Goal oriented with the intent and desire to improve customer service • Excellent communication skills; oral, verbal, written and listening • Must have excellent attendance and punctuality • Strong Computer skills; Excel, Web based applications, Google Maps and typing 40 wpm Ideal Characteristics: • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, motivated to complete assigned work and be a team player • Well-spoken with the ability to exhibit good judgment with good phone etiquette • Able to understand, support and follow company policies and procedures • Bilingual is a plus Please send your resume in Word or PDF format along with compensation requirements to be considered.
