Customer Service Team Member – Tailored Heat Supplies We are looking for someone with excellent clerical and ICT skills with a keen sense of customer service, Should be able to work under own initiative, with clear & friendly communication skills and as part of a successful team. Duties: 1. Making Initial contact with prospective clients, giving an overview of the Company with the aim to book introduction meetings for the sales team. 2. Processing new sales leads/projects on the CRM system, ensuring we all have the relevant information to produce Designs/Quotes. 3. Keep in regular contact with repeat clients to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained. 4. Assisting the Customer Service Manager with the day to day running of the office. a. Answering phone calls b. Scheduling diaries c. Dealing with email enquiries etc 5.
