Cyber Monday Success Well it is over for this year but what a success for on-line retailers both big and small. Over £1.4 Billion was traded in just one day! The most interesting thing to point out this year was the amount of on-line orders placed by mobile devices, up some 80% from last year. That clearly states that if your e-commerce website is not easy to use on a mobile or tablet you wil not do as well as those companies who have great responsive sites. So what can you do? Easy, just talk to your web designer and ask them to make your site Responsive if they cant then speak to someone else, like us. Getting people to buy from you is all about making it easy for them to do so, every barrier you put up is another reason not to, so get responsive and get more sales. Although Cyber Monday 2013 is over, people are still buying for Christmas right now. The sooner you start the sooner your sales will increase, January sales are just around the corner!
