Cynthia the major banks were sued by 50 of the State Attorney - TopicsExpress

Cynthia the major banks were sued by 50 of the State Attorney Generals and won. All the major banks have a court judgment were they must follow certain rules and procedures when handling loan modification. Go to the California Attorney Generals Web site. Get savvy about your rights, and what the banks can and cannot do. I’m amazed at the comments and attitude of the people commenting on this issue. It seems that the majority (based on the profile pictures) are young and have no idea what it’s like to be in a situation like Cynthia, I will put myself out on a limb and say that most consider themselves Christians, well I certainly hope that you remeber that when you go to church. Whether Cynthia over spent or made mistakes should not be the issue. Whether she should be helped IS the issue. The fool that feels that Military people get a great pay, with lots of benefits obviously has no idea of what they get for the job they do. To comment that she has been compensated for her husband and her service, is like telling a person that lost an arm, a leg or his life and gets 5 million dollars, that they are compensated and they should not complaining. What an idiot. It’s not just leaving your home is the principle. When you all sit down and think about it, Cynthia problem is typical of many. Many posting comments will find that in their life time, they will be in the same situation as Cynthia’s, I can almost guarantee it. So read what you say because IT WILL COME BACK TO YOU. Read the papers about famous stars, singers, actors that had and made millions and lived and died as a homeless person. Go ahead say, “That won’t happen to me” then let me know how it goes 20, 30 or 40 years from now. I have heard many people tell me that, or people that have told me, I don’t need your help Get…… and each one have come back asking for help. So if you cannot provide help, shut up.
