Assist Customers in achieving their objectives in a way that is profitable and harmonious for both organizations. Deliver company power brand volume and GM target through key accounts of “Partner For Life” programe within assigned Key Accounts. Service assigned key accounts and manage all company activities which executed through Distributors Key accountabilities: KAM must ensure full compliance to all HSSE and Ethics standards and policies. Ensure clear communication, and raising the awareness of HSSE to all key accounts inter-mediaries and contractors. Regularly reinforce and educate the appropriate HSSE training program to all stakeholders. Achieve the sales out volume and gross margin targets in Partner For Life outlets through the development and upgrading of existing customers and the identification and activation of new key accounts. Develop potential customers included competitor key accounts to be partner for life mem-ber. Customize offers & sell the offer to key customers and get agreement. Implement & manage company promotion, trade activities in flawless execution Ensure average trade loan investment guidelines by channels are not exceeded the limited. KAM is responsible for tracking, evaluating the effectiveness of investment. Provide management with regular, detailed information on customer needs, market trends, competitive activities, pricing, and new business opportunities. In cooperation with Con-sumer Sales Manager, plan and establish sales goals and business strategies. Manage, build, enhance and grow all Key Account relationships through WCCM, personal direct contact and involvement, and the development and maintenance of a multipoint in-terface between Key Accounts/Distributors and CBP. JOB REQUIREMENTS: University Graduate Degree A minimum of 5 year’s sales experience in automotive or related industries including exposure to territory and customer management Good skills in cutomer insight, profitability, customer relationship building. High on energy, enthusiasm and ‘can do’ attitude. Good business knowledge Good IT skills: Word, Excel and PowerPoint Strong interpersonal skills Good communication and negotiation skills
