DA RUNNERS SIZZLE! Our runners ran hot and fast at the Hottest Half Marathon and 10k. Great job to our runners! 10k: CHRIS BLUM. Half Marathon: KATHY POINT, KATHLEEN BROWN and LORI BLUM. TEMPORARY TRACK LOCATION The North Middle School track is still under construction. We will continue to use Coppell Middle School East track: 400 Mockingbird Lane. Located between Coppell Middle School East & Mockingbird Elementary School There are two entrances to the track: park between Mockingbird Elementary School and middle school parking lot or park near the tennis courts. Please be aware of your nose level as to not disturb the neighbors. I will keep everyone updated as to when we go back to our original track location. REMINDER: DESTINATION GROUP MARATHON The DALLAS ATHLETES GROUP MARATHON for 2014 is the Anthem Richmond Marathon, Sat, Nov. 15. Come run “America’s Friendliest Marathon”. Enjoy junk food stops, wet washcloths and an awesome downhill finish on the city’s beautiful riverfront! Group rebates offered in 2014: The more, the merrier! Group registration name is DA. Groups of 6-14 will receive a rebate of $5 per member. Groups of 15 or more will receive a rebate of $10 per team member. This is just some of the great reasons to run this club marathon!
