DAY 19...GET RIPPED ABS Challenge: 15 reps each of Double Quick kicks (stand tall with feet hip width apart, quickly PUSH KICK your right foot as though youre trying to push a door open, REPEAT same foot then switch to left...REPEAT 14 times each side), 15 reps each leg of Single leg Floor bridge (lay on back with knees bent, feet flat and arms directly by your side. Lift your hips up, then your right leg into the air, keeping it straight, bring your hips down then back up again with right leg...switch to left side, REPEAT 14 more times), 15 reps of Floor Crunch reach thru (lay on your back, lift your legs into the air and open your legs into a V while keeping your legs straight and as you crunch up, bring your arms up through the center) and 10 second Full extension side plank hold (CHALLENGING, but its DAY 19! Lay on your side, stack both legs and using a straight arm, bring yourself up to a full side plank...count ALOUD to 10 and repeat on other side)...repeat all 4 exercises 3 more times.
