DAY OF ATONEMENT ITS TODAY SEPT 22 SUNDOWN TIL SEPT 23 SUNDOWN 2014 THE RIGHT WAY LEVITICUS 23 26 And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, 27 The tenth also of this seventh month, shall be a day of reconciliation: it shall be an holy convocation unto you, and ye shall [s]humble your souls, and offer sacrifice made by fire unto the Lord. SACRIFICE BY FIRE... THAT MEANS FOOD!!!! Numbers 29:39 These things ye shall do unto the Lord in your feasts, beside your vows, and your free offerings, for your burnt offerings, and for your meat offerings, and for your drink offerings, and for your peace offerings. HUMBLE YOURSELF MEANS DUH...REPENT 28 And ye shall do no work that same day: for it is a day of reconciliation, to make an atonement for you before the Lord your God. 29 For every person that humbleth not himself that same day, shall even be cut off from his people. 30 And every person that shall do any work that same day, the same person also will I destroy from among his people . 31 Ye shall do no manner work therefore: this shall be a law forever in your generations, throughout all your dwellings. 32 This shall be unto you a Sabbath of rest, and ye shall humble your souls: in the ninth day of the month at even, from [t]even to even shall ye [u]celebrate your Sabbath. OBVIOUSLY IN CAPTIVITY PEOPLE HAVE TO WORK DAY OF ATONEMENT THE WRONG WAY ISAIAH 58 1 Cry [a]aloud, spare not: lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and show my people their transgression, and to the house of Jacob their sins. 2 Yet they [b]seek me daily, and will know my ways, even as a nation that did righteously, and had not forsaken the statutes of their God: they ask of me the ordinances of justice: they will draw near unto God, saying, 3 [c]Wherefore have we fasted, and thou seest it not? we have punished ourselves, and thou regardest it not. Behold, in the day of your fast you will seek [d]your will, and require all your debts. 4 Behold, ye fast to strife and debate, and to smite with the fist of wickedness: ye shall not fast as ye do today, to make your voice to be [e]heard above. 5 Is it such a fast that I have chosen, that a man should afflict his soul for a day, and to bow down his head, as a bull rush, and to lie down in sackcloth and ashes? wilt thou call this a fasting, or an acceptable day to the Lord? 6 Is not this the fasting that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to take off the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every [f]yoke? 7 Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that thou bring the poor that wander, unto thine house? when thou seest the naked, that thou cover him, and hide not thyself from [g]thine own flesh? CUT Isaiah 1:14 My soul hateth your new moons and your appointed feasts: they are a burden unto me: I am weary to bear them. CUT Amos 8:10 And I will turn your feasts into mourning: and all your songs into lamentation: and I will bring sackcloth upon all loins, and baldness upon every head: and I will make it as the mourning of an only son, and the end thereof as a bitter day. — with Hezekyah Emmanuel
