DBA SQL-Server Location: Hod Hasharon Job Description: This is a SQL Server DBA role with Production Orientation. As such, the SQL Database Administrator will be proficient with SQL Server 2005 / 2008 and be skilled with high level of T-SQL knowledge, advanced T-SQL over high volume and VLDB teamwork capabilities is a must, flexible and open-minded for changes. Job requirements: Minimum of 3 years managing a SQL Server database environment. Minimum of 3 years Transact SQL/Stored Procedure development experience. SQL performance and tuning skills including server configuration and tracing facilities. Practical experience with clustered SQL Servers, SQL Server 2005/8, OLAP, and VLDB an advantage. Practical experience in SSIS, SSAS, SSRS an advantage. Experience with other database technologies such as oracle, MySQL, NO SQL an advantage. Mamram graduate or a computer science university degree. Special skills: Participate in the design, construction, and deployment of logical and physical databases. Proven experience working on an internet company - Advatage Design, manage and implement database maintenance plans. Evaluate and monitor databases to resolve performance issues. Manage access and security at all levels of SQL Server from logins to table rights. Provides feedback on design and standards. Will participate in documentation process.
