DEAR LOUISE, I’m so unhappy with the breakouts on my face. This acne is driving me crazy! What can I do? -Killian Dear Killian, Acne can be attributed to thinking that you don’t want to face up to new things, and you’re living in the past. It’s a sign of not accepting yourself, or dislike of the self. Frequently, recurring acne is a result of eruptive thinking and represents the desire to bring to a head some phase of disagreement, often through constant nagging. Can you remember what was going on in your life when all of this first began? Look back at that time. Are you now or did you then allow somebody to overpower you? It’s time to make strong boundaries for yourself. Nutrition plays a large role in the healing process. Over a period of time, your system gets clogged with junk and can use a good cleansing. What you do and do not put into your body in the way of food and beverages has a lot to do with the ability your body’s cells have to regenerate themselves. I suggest going to a good nutritionist for a supervised body cleansing and to find the best diet and nutritional plan for your particular body. Doing this is an act of love for yourself. AFFIRM: I love and accept my self and my power. My choices support me and I am free of fear! *** Louise
