DELAYS TONIGHT AT NORTHBOUND ROUTE 17 EXIT RAMP IN STAFFORD Northbound I-95 exit ramp to Route 17 northbound will be open, but water main repairs overnight may cause delays FREDERICKSBURG – Motorists exiting Interstate 95 northbound at Exit 133 in Stafford County should expect minor delays tonight while merging onto northbound Route 17. Emergency water main repairs will be underway at the base of the ramp from 7 p.m. tonight until 5 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 31. The exit to northbound Route 17 will remain open, but traffic will be shifted slightly at the exit ramp’s merge point with northbound Route 17. In addition, a single lane of Route 17 northbound will be closed at the work zone. Motorists should be prepared to follow direction from law enforcement officials.
