Unfortunately this county has no animal control or shelter so people are generally told to just shoot strays. The man couldnt do that to the pair so he tried to keep them. He asked me for help some months ago and I went to pick the dogs up, but while I was on my way he called me and said he wanted to try and keep them. I explained to him that he had better get them in for spay/neuter quickly, since one is a young male, and one a young female. He said he would, however he called me a few days ago and said he hadnt been able to afford to have them fixed, and the female came into heat. He now says he realized that he cant keep them, and begged me to get them some help. Please share this pair as they need to get out of his place quickly.
