DETOX PLAN: Day1 8hrs of sleep 7:45am 100% Green tea 8:00am Whole grapefruit 10:00am mid morning snack: low fat yoghurt and blue berries Lunch 12:30pm: Spinach Salad... 8 Ounces of spinach, 10 baby tomatoes, 8 Ounces of lettuce leaves and 10 diced baby carrots and 1 teaspoon of olive oil.. (Put the olive oil into a non stick frying pan at a low heat, place the spinach into the pan and cook for 2 minutes. Place the diced carrots in and the baby tomatoes and toss the pan for a further 3 minutes. Lay the lettuce leaves on a plate and place the spinach, tomatoes and diced carrots on top.)
