DGP condoles demise of Director Prosecution Tashi Rigzin SRINAGAR, JUNE 20: Director General of Police K. Rajendra Kumar has condoled the demise of Tashi Rigzin, Director Prosecution Police Headquarters (PHQ). Rajendra, has expressed heartfelt sympathy with the bereaved family and prayed for peace to the departed soul.Tashi Regzin joined the department in the year 1988 and served in different capacities. He was promoted as Director Prosecution in October 2013 and was posted at PHQ. He died at Srinagar this morning at the age of 55 due to cardiac arrest.
