This announcement is issued on an unrestricted basis and constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The written offer shall reference RFP reference number HSTS07-13-R-00064 in its response. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69. (iv) The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332992 with a size standard of 500 employees. (v) CLIN 0001: 3,454,000 rounds of .347 SIG Caliber Training Ammunition including shipping (See specifications attached.) (vi) Description of the requirement: The purpose of this combined synopsis solicitation is to purchase for TSA training use, .357 SIG caliber (115 – 130 grain) training ammunition. The ammunition will be subject to Proposal Submittal product samples testing, and after contract award, First Article Testing (FAT), in accordance with the specifications attached. Proposal Submittal Product Samples and Post-award First Article Test Samples shall not be separately priced.
