DISCUSSION POINT Isnt it time that people who send out emails like that below were tracked down by mail providers such as Hotmail, Google and others, and prosecuted. This is like credit card fraud, where the banks sit back and do nothing, and charge excessive interest rates to pay for rebates they have to make to people whose cards have been compromised.
