DISTRIBUTION OF PERMANENT VOTERS CARD (PVC) The LEADERSHIP of JICD find it deem necessary to intervene in the aforementioned exercise because these card are extremely important and also the commission has concluded plans to use card reader machines that can only accept PVC for accreditation during 2015 elections. CONTINUES VOTERS REGISTRATION: The excercise is slated to commence from 7th to 9th November 2014, and it will be done in a ward centre for each ward for 3 to 5 days maximum. As such the leadership of JICD has promise to make photocopies of 8,000 pieces of ATTESTATION FORMS to be distributed via word forums to make its less cumbersom for JICD as part of its contribution during the excercise. NOTE: ATTESTATION forms are forms that the commission provide for voters whom for one reason or the other,dont have their temporary voters card. It main aim is to register those that are eligible (18years & above), and also those that were not able to register for one reason or the other, at the same time those that their datas were not completed or missing during the 2010 registration excercise.
