**DO NOT USE THE MOBILE MINI STORAGE COMPANY** Please reconsider who you select and choose for mobile mini additions to your upcoming construction projects for offices or what have you. They were delivered to a non-profit client of ours with absolutely no stairs, a 3-4 inch gap under the doors, were filthy, the electric was questionable at best and the list goes on and on... They had to use candles and nightlights for weeks in their bathrooms. Mobile Mini blamed the skirting failure on the non-profit client as seen in the above video and they had the worst possible customer service and attitude around. They never called back and if they did they were less than concerned and were very rude on the phone. We tried numerous times to contact their CEO in Arizona to no avail. This company simply does not care about you and are immensely greedy, their salesmen will tell you anything and will reassure you that they are the best choice and company to deal with just to seal the deal but absolutely disappear when something goes wrong and will not follow up with you or your client if they fail, which they did miserably. Let alone correct it or make it right. We will be reporting them to the MN and SD State Attorney General along with the BBB and the numerous advocacy agencies that protect non-profits.
