DO NOT WORRY ABOUT CORPORATE TRAPS - AAM ADMI PARTY IS THERE FOR YOU :) CORPORATE EMPLOYEE-EMPLOYER, STUDENT WELFARE AND ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ SYSTEM ABUSE PREVENTION ACT -------------------------------------------------------- We require a comprehensive national labor law which covers- a) Risk of the employer b) Overall welfare of the employee c) Special attention to fresh entrepreneurs d) Prevention of system abuse e) Social benefit I will be drafting such a law and shall be proposing to the Aam Admi Party - the only national hope of today. The details are as follows. a) Risk of the employer - Employers interest to that extent shall be protected so that he/she shall not be repelled from setting up a company in India / Kerala. b) Overall welfare of the employee - Labor exploitation shall be completely addressed here especially making the employ stay back in office after working hours. There shall be a provision for minimum wages so that a person can support himself or herself from what he/she earns. No Union Activity shall be allowed. But a strong and transparent promotion / increment governing policy shall be put in place. It would be made sure that the one who stays back in office after office hours shall not be eligible for promotion. But the one who use the 8 hours of duty most efficiently shall be eligible for promotion/increment. Employee’s personal relation with employer shall not be allowed to play a role in increment / promotion / job confirmation. Employee shall be given opportunity to complain about exploitation from employer without revealing name. The law will make sure that a valid complaint raiser cannot be denied promotion / increment / job confirmation. c) Special attention to entrepreneurs - relaxation in provisions shall be given to young / fresh entrepreneurs in the first 3 years of setting up the company and forth to fifth year. d) Prevention of system abuse - No law is fool proof. Attempt by employee or employer to play smart or take advantage of system loop holes shall be seriously dealt with. e) Social benefit - Income from IT/Corporate sector shall be made sure to be reasonably shared with society - especially poorest of the poor. It will be work-based and not charity based.
