Of all the things we use in our lives, money, material and time, TIME is the one we generally least care about.? Do you ever think why? And when does it suddenly become so much important? Time is too slow for those who wait, too swift for those who fear, too long for those who grieve, too short for those who rejoice, but for those who love, time is eternity.” Talking from economics-As we increase the time spent on any one activity (like earning money), we must give up more and more valuable other activities and this is called the cost curve. WHAT TIMES MEANS TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE For a new born baby time is all it has, to play, eat and sleep. For a mother who carries the same baby inside her, time is the only think which is moving...till she can see her baby and become a real mother. For a businessman who is very busy time something he does not have for anyone-is children,his wife or even his dog. For a student who realizes just a few days before his exams he had really not been planning his time and he will surely FAIL , with just 1-2 days before his exam the only thing he does not have is time. Time is different for each of us in different circumstances. If you ask a worker the importance of time, its his break after his first 4 hours of very hard work, If you see 2 lovers enjoying each others affection in a lonely area of a park, and the guards come to inform park is closing, they say why so soon?-for them time was not moving even after so many hours of togetherness. Ask a person who has everything -MONEY, LOVE, FRIENDS and has just been informed during a regular check up that he as stage 4 Malignancy (cancer)-He has just 1-2 months to live. Ask him the meaning of time-He will say you take everything I have but give me few more months to live. Ask a student who could not finish a question as there was no time and he got an F-. Or If you ask Portugals Francis Obikwelu who was running the 100m in Athens 2004, when Americas Justin Gatlin beat him by just 0.01s in the 100m final.All his life til he dies he will never forget he lost by .01sec... Each of us has only 24 hours a day and no one else can live our lives for us. Time goes by so fast, people go in and out of your life. You must never miss the opportunity to tell these people how much they mean to you.” So remember time is yours-dont let someone else spend it for you-its not rechargeable like a cell phone battery.
