DOCTOR WHO FAN’S AMAZING TRIBUTE TO 50 YEARS OF CULT TV SHOW #DWCelebration Farmer and Doctor Who fan Tom Pearcy is marking 50 Years of Doctor Who with his giant York Maze, believed to be one of the biggest mazes in the world. His maze design features the biggest image of a Dalek ever created (over 300m (1000ft) long) cut out of a field of over one million living maize plants with profile images of the first Doctor in 1963 William Hartnell and the current Doctor 2013’s Matt Smith. Colin Baker the sixth Doctor (1984-1986) (I’m a Celebrity jungle contestant 2012) will materialise with the Tardis in the maze for the press launch to be confronted by two Daleks. Tom Pearcy the creator of the maze will also be available for photographs. York maze is an award winning, seasonal attraction that will give your whole family an “a-mazing” day out.
