DONOR FUNDS Its very long donors have sent funds but the donees havent changed delightfully, because funds have gone to wastes given the recently discovered corruption endemic @OPM. Im of the opinion the donors should structure a well-fare fund of all donor funds like system used in Europe to target those affected in Africa is significantly on unemployment with the youth, the elderly have dignity. If this is done in sincere & honest module, its in less than 5yrs Africa will be a changed continent. Even the influx of economic migration to Europe will drastically end, & in this sphere a private firm be used to register the donees with da art of biomatrix registration systems to curb malpractice & free corruption in the whole exercises. This will resolve Africa in terms of donor funds used adequately and reallu helping the donees become visible.
