DONT TURN BACK!!! Soldiers on the battle field are always fully kitted from the top of their heads to their toes. But for some of them, their armours/protective wears against their enemies only cover for the front; when they turn their backs, they get exposed to the enemy, and could be gotten down at any time. Due to this, youll hardly see a soldier on the battle field TURN HIS BACK, until the battle is over. Despite the opposition Isaac faced when he moved to Gerar (Genesis 26) , he did not give up. Every time he dug a well, the people of Gerar were always collecting it from him after all his labours! But was he discouraged, DID HE TURN BACK to where he was coming from? NO! He kept digging, he kept trying, he knew that Gods promise to his father Abraham to multiply him and make him great, was going to be fulfilled in his own life too as his seed, whether the devil likes it or not. Isaac knew that as long as God was with him, no one can be against him! AT LAST, God gave him victory, the Lord made room for him and he was fruitful in the land (REHOBOTH). My beloved brothers/sisters, why would you also turn back? Yes, there are oppositions on your way, youve got a lot of disappointments just in a short while, and you are almost giving in to the suggestions of the devil to turn back? NO, DONT let the devil cheat you of your inheritance; it belongs to you!!! You need to be aware of the fact that: FOR EVERY MOVE YOU MAKE TOWARDS YOUR WELL OF SPRINGING WATER, THERE ARE ALWAYS HERDSMEN WAITING TO STRIVE WITH YOU! For every next level, theres always an enemy waiting to oppose you; for every open door, adversaries are already positioned (1Corinthians 16:9)! Knowing all these, what do you do? Be on the Lords side, persevere, intensify violent prayers on the altar of purity, until that which God has promised you becomes a reality. Dear one, relax; every obstacle/opposition is to lead you to the right/fruitful destination. As long as you are a child of God, you can never lose but win! You are a soldier on the battle field, and God has already promised you victory; dont compromise your stand, dont believe the lie of the devil, dont turn back now...Its going to be more disastrous if you do! As you go this week, activate your strong faith in God, and see Jesus fight this battle for you; and you will also shout: REHOBOTH; For now the Lord hath made room for me, and I am fruitful in the land(Genesis 26: 22).
