DPWH travel advisory for Northern Mindanao: The Larapan Bridge in Brgy. Napo, Lanao del Norte—which connects the towns of Kauswagan and Linamon—is currently impassable. The Larapan Bridge collapsed due to heavy flooding. DPWH Region 10 has ordered for the immediate construction of a temporary bridge, using bailey panels; construction started yesterday, and will be completed within seven days. This temporary bridge will be opened to light vehicles only. DPWH appeals for the support and understanding of the public regarding this inconvenience.
