DR6 proudly presents Dembow instructors YANET&YAMERKY! DR6 (Dominican Republic 6th Bachata Festival and Dance Adventure Jan 23 - Feb 1, 2015) is a bachata festival focused on authentic Dominican style bachata (the way Dominicans dance). We party with Dominicans in the local clubs. DR6 parties are fully Dominican parties, which means music will always be VARIADA (all latin genres). In order to survive the parties you have to know some merengue, tipico, mambo, palo and dembow. DR6 is proud to have all of these workshops and now also Dembow workshops, presentations and concert. Yanet Mojica and Yamerky Rivas Mendez from Dominican Republic will be our key instructors in Dembow. Yanet is an amazing dancer and an animator with endless amount of energy. She is also a film star together with with Geraldine Chaplin (daughter of Charlie Chaplin) in the Sand Dollars movie filmed in Dominican Republic. Yanet&Yamerky will do Dembow workshop and show and they will be part of the mighty Las Terrenas Animation Group.
