DRIFT WARZ Did you build an RC car chassis and want to show it off? Now is your chance! Introducing the first ever RC Show and Shine event in the GTA. Check out some of the HOTTEST RC Drift Machines and builds from Southern Ontario at Drift Warz. To register and have a spot reserved. Payment must be made no later than 11:30am at Galaxy Hobby on October 26th Registration can be done by messaging the DRIFT WARZ Facebook page then an email will be sent out by myself or Norb Olejnik Categories: -BEST body/paint/decals This category will be judged by make of bodys , cleanliness of paint and stickers Paint, Body, Decals, Tapework, Lightbuckets, Cleanliness -BEST chassis This category will be judged by who has the most baller chassis and also how everything was installed and colour matched Chassis, Electronics, Motor, Wiring, Colourscheme, Cleanliness -BEST detail This will be judged by picking out the details from the cars and seeing which one has the most creativity for example (broken headlight , rusted hood , cracked glass ) Creativity, Uniqueness, Execution, Detail, Time Consuming Installations -BEST OF SHOW Best of show will be the one who scores the most points on the sheet cards on all categorys (chassis,electronics,motor,body,lighting) all around build Chassis, Motor, Electronics, Lighting, Paint, Stickers, Colourscheme, Wheels, Execution. All cars entered for show n shine is $5 per car theres no limit to how many can enter -Crowds Favourite This one will be by the afternoon we will pick out 2 cars make a collage of both cars and post on (CARBOX/STRICKLY) from there the two challengers will have to spread the word about the pages so they get there votes higher be sure to cast your votes the day of winner will be choosen at the awards ceremony The Show & Shine event will be held to show off your rides. Judging will be done by the founder of the Team Elevated car crew and will have categories such as Best Body/Paint, Best Chassis, Best Detail, Best of Show, Crowd Favorite. Trophies will be awarded to all winners at the end of the event. Drift event details Tandem style formula drift is how it will be scored Rwd class is open to 20 entries Cs class is open to 16 entries 50/50 class is open to 16 entries Space is limited so be sure to get your registrations in If you are registering in different classes a fee of $5 per class Introducing Drift Warz, the first RC Drift Competition and Show & Shine event for the RC Community here in the GTA. The first event will be held on October 26th at Galaxy Hobby (3663 Mavis Road, Mississauga) from 11am-5pm. Think you have what it takes to win the Drift Competition? Drift Warz will utilize a Formula D scoring system and will be judged by a drifter and CSCS Drifting judge (Chris De La Cruz). Each of the 3 classes will battle it out with a series of 2 tandem runs, winner moves on. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners of each category will be awarded trophies. Registration for the Drifting and Show and Shine must be COMPLETED PRIOR to the event A fee of $25/competitor will be collected on October 26th at Galaxy Hobby.
