DRIVE TALK… I work with a colleague who is a bad back stabber. She is the PA to the CEO and to them; she is diligent worker who is very much trusted. However, she is a double faced human being. She has access to almost all official documents and so sells most of our companies’ documents and policies to competing brands. We go for brainstorming meetings and people come up with brilliant ideas and before we secure funding from clients, a competitor does basically the same thing. We conclude almost all the time that, people beat us to it because we are now coming up. Recently, she was taken ill and I had to quickly work in her stead. It was hell getting her to give me her password to her machine. That got me suspicious because and I decided to investigate a few things for myself also because I have been suspicious of her because of her “goody goody” attitude. Bola, I was amazed at the things I found out. Minutes of or meetings were all mailed to some other agents including our work plans and ideas. I have since been very quiet but Bola, this person is a traitor and I feel like exposing her. She is back to work and still acting all hard working and diligent and she always gets the applause but indeed she is a snitch. She does not know I know anything because my attitude towards has been normal. I really want to tell our CEO but again I feel like time will catch up with her so maybe I should hold my peace till time catches up with her. What is the right thing to do…
