DS9S6E21 - The Reckoning: Kira, Sisko and Jake head to Bajor to investigate a discovery at the ruins of Bhala. In a chamber that predates BHala by 25,000 years is a tablet that says Welcome Emissary. Sisko jumps immediately into a vision with the Prophets. They tell him the time for the reckoning is at hand. Sisko asks Dax to work on translating the stone tablet. Kai Win visits DS9 to tell Sisko she is upset at him for removing the tablet. Dax finishes translating a portion of the tablet. It basically says that the time of reckoning is at hand and the gateway to the temple (DS9) will be consumed by the Prophets. The wormhole is experiencing some instability. This is causing weather related issues on Bajor. Winn pressures Sisko to return the tablet and hands him a direct request from First Minister Shakaar. Sisko orders the tablet returned the next day. Sisko couldnt sleep so he went to room with the tablet. In a angry moment he picked up and threw the tablet up against a wall, shattering it. Some sort of being or energy leaves the tablet. As Sisko explains to Winn how he felt compelled to destroy the tablet he is called to the Promenade by Odo. One of the Prophets has taken over Kiras body. She awaits a PahWraith to battle for the Reckoning. The Propet speaks only to Sisko and totally ignores Kai. Sisko orders the evacuation of DS9. The PahWraith has chosen his vessel, Jake Sisko. Everyone leaves the station except for Sisko and Winn. While Sisko watches the battle Winn floods the station with Croniton Radiation to drive out the Prophet and PahWraith from their hosts. Kira tells Winn she interfered with the will of he Prophets, that the evil is still out there and has no idea what that means for Bajor. Kai Winn leaves DS9 in a huff.
