DSL died last evening. After a phone call and two “chats” finally convinced Frontier that there is indeed an “outage in my area” since I don’t have a connection. They gave me a “trouble ticket”. I plan to call Harvey, the engineer guy I spoke with last time, and see what he knows about it. Fortunately we can use Tracey’s iPad as a wifi hot spot so I can connect but I don’t want to use it too much because she only gets 2G a month. So no YouTube or movies, etc. I had really hoped all the new wires would fix our DSL problems but I was too optimistic. I’m thinking somebody snagged a phone box with a farm implement while harvesting corn.
