DUTY MANAGER – CAPE TOWN Salary R8k – R10k Duty Manager (with a food and beverage bias) required for a 5 Star hotel in Cape Town.... As Duty Manager candidates require a background at a supervisory level from within a hotel or similar. Preferably you will have held a supervisory role for 2 years within a busy Food and Beverage orientated property. The role will require that you are responsible for all areas whilst on a designated duty shift overseeing food and beverage / conference and banqueting service and front of house reception. As Duty Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of this hotel on a day to day rota basis which does include week-ends. Shift work will be involved. As part of the duty management team within this hotel your designated area of responsibility with this role will have an emphasis on a specified area whilst undertaking the role.
