Dad became very overloaded with fluid this evening and developed respiratory distress. Essentially, his lungs filled with fluid. His oxygen saturation dropped way low and he was having chest paint. Currently the doctors are in the room with him and he is being treated with a medication to get rid of extra fluid and is responding well. I am in Hobe Sound but am headed down there shortly. He had been moved to a regular room today but I would anticipate a move back to ICU. Please continue to pray. This is scary and also discouraging. We serve a big God who is not taken by surprise. Tonight we are resting in that. All things work together for good to them that love God, to them that are called according to His purpose.
