Dads biggest issues right now are coming from lack of nutrition. The nose feeding tubes clog easily and he is not receiving enough nutrients and has lost quite a bit of weight! He was scheduled for surgery on Friday but two separate surgeons refused to do the surgery because of the anatomy of his stomach. They felt it was too dangerous! His awesome transplant surgeon, Dr. Testa, stepped up and said that he will personally do the surgery to place the feeding tube! This will take place in the morning! Please take time and say a prayer for dad! We need the feeding tube to be placed without any complications. My mom has been in Dallas much longer than any of us anticipated. Please pray for Gods guidance as we look into moving her into a short term lease apartment. We need to find a good location close to the hospital that is affordable.
