Daily Bulletin for Middle and High School Thursday, December 18, 2014 (Day 3) Today’s Lunch Menu: Build Your Own Subs, Broccoli, Salad Bar, and Fruit Attention Students: When going through the lunch line please take your time and be careful so that there is not such a mess on the salad bar table and floor. Attention all students: Keep the hallways clean and picked up. No items should be left lying in front of your lockers at any time during the day. No items should be left lying on the ledges or hanging on the hooks in the hallways by the office and Mrs. Michalek’s & Mr. Moreno’s room after school each day. Halls will be monitored and students may have to contact the office to claim their items. Good Luck to the following athletes today: • The High School Wrestlers will host the Hillsboro Tigers. Varsity matches will begin at 7:00. • The High School Girls Basketball teams will travel Necedah. The bus will leave at 4:00. JV will play at 6:00 and Varsity at 7:30. • The Boys Hockey participant will travel to Aquinas. Game time is 7:00. The Necedah Athletic Booster Club will be having a brat fry tonight during the Girls Basketball game. $2.50 brats with sauerkraut, ketchup, and mustard. R & S members- please bring your lunch to Mrs. Lundeens room today to wrap presents for the angel tree. Lots of little elves make less work! Today’s CCLC group will be in Mr. Kaus room. Middle School Students should bring your parents to the LMC tomorrow morning from 7:00-7:45 for Turnovers with Teens. Eat, visit, and checkout all the new books! There will be a blanket drive tomorrow to support the Cashton Cupboard and Closet. You must bring a blanket in order to wear a hat or jeans. Thank you for your support. Attention Student Council Members: There will be a meeting tomorrow in the study hall room at 12:25 to discuss the results of the Snoball survey. Please bring your lunch and ideas! A reminder to 7th and 8th grade girls basketball participants that T shirt order forms are due tomorrow. See Mrs. Buedding if you need a new order form. All Freshmen should see Mr. Stritchko during a study hall to go over ACT Aspire results if you have not already done so. Forensics participants- you must have your pieces approved by either coach by Tuesday, Dec 23rd. It is an expectation that you will be practicing over break. Practice calendars will be up next week to sign up for lessons in January. Middle School students who are signed up for CCLC must attend CCLC on the days assigned. If you are not going on that day you must have a note or phone call from your parent stating so. Students are not allowed to call parents asking not to go on a day. X-treme Eagle Archery Club sign-up is tonight from 5:30-6:30 in the High School Cafeteria. The archery club is open to 6-12th grade students. There is a Track and Field camp in Waukesha on December 21 for sprints, high jump, shot put, and hurdles. If you are interested, please email Coach Mosley. Next Tuesday, Mrs. Morrison is inviting everyone to wear their ugliest, funniest, oddest, wackiest holiday apparel. Get decked out. There will be a Snowmobile Safety Class held here on Tuesday, December 30 from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm and on Saturday, January 3 from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. There will be a fee of $10.00 and you must have your DNR Customer number. Anyone interested should sign up in the student information area. For more information please contact Jerry Klinkner at 608-462-3006. The Red Cross Blood Drive will be here at Cashton High School again on Friday, January 23, 2015. If enough donations are given, we may be eligible to receive a scholarship. Consider saving a life and giving blood through school, you will be glad you did.
