Dalmas Otieno declares come 2017 he will vie for Presidency and change the luo Nyanza politics and bring development in Nyanza.This man is the only senior luo leader who as served the government longer, he was in Kenyatta administration where he did nothing to help his constituents if not luo at large.He also served in the Moi reign as a Minister for 20 years where he totally did nothing to improve the lives of Luos as a whole if not his constituents.Thirdly Dalmas was a minister in the Grand coalition government where after being appointed minister he went mum doing nothing.I wonder which development Dalmas is going to bring in Nyanza that he has only seen when his out of government for the first time.Lastly Dalmas should stop blaming Raila for his political failures coz we know his intention in luo politics.
