Dandalin YAN AREWA: ♥¸.•*""*•. ♥♥¸.•*""*•.♥♥¸.•*"" * •.♥NORTH; A UNIQUE GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION IN NIGERIA. ◆I always woke up with freshheart full of love to the Northand Northerners. A unique part of the nation with unique group of people. I learnt that Islam reached the Northern Nigeria far back around 9th century AC and spread evenly to the remaining provinces around 16th century AC - This is to say about 400 years ago - I can see clearly now the reason behind the uniqueness covering all aspect of life of an average Northerner and Northern societies ranging from modesty in dress, humility, kindness to neighbours and strangers, politeness in acts and speech, sense of livelihood, fortitude, sympathy, humbleness et cetera et cetera. ◆Since before European colonial administrators annexed Lagos our dear North was perfectly spaced with all designed systems of life that a particular society Might need. We have a platform religious system of life, unique economic system, strong leadership and Legal systems, security system, social system, educational system etc etc. Since then we have our Emirs, Imams, Judges and numerous formal leaders, we can read and write, we were not lazy! there were among us farmers, traders/businessmen/ merchants, nomadic herds/rearers, local builders, fishermen etc etc which sustained our economy. ◆The fact is Colonialism reaches us so perfect in all life affairs... This is the reason why colonial administrators [then] adopted indirect rule on the North. They reached us wise, smartand civilised with fullest intellect and adequate life potentias. ◆Shall we neglect such noble characteristics that Islam installed in us and forget the nobleness composed therein? No!!! Let us preserve our noble background and stand firmly towards the progress of North and the nation at large.♥¸.•*""*•. ♥♥¸.•*""*•.♥♥¸.•*"" * •.. #BIN #ABDALLAH
