Daniel this past weekend fulfilled one of his bucket list items, a NASCAR race! It was all thanks to Big Fluffy Dog Rescue and Jennifer Joiner Kinney, who set up the entire weekend in Talladega, tickets to the race, pit passes for the weekend, flights from Southwest, and rooms at the Manning House with wonderful Millie Manning! The experience was nothing short of incredible. Daniel loved watching the cars race around the track but the best part was his garage tour with the NASCAR Foundation. He was absolutely fascinated by the bustle of activity. Daniel sat in car 95, Michael McDowell, was offered two hats from the pit crews (Jeff Gordon and Tony Stewart), and toured Jeff Gordon’s trailer! Daniel was entranced by Tony Stewart’s car so we believe he has chosen his driver. On Sunday, we met up with the Armed Forces Foundation and Troops at the Track. Overall, a weekend we will never forget!
