Daniella had her bone marrow biopsy, port-a-cath, as well as first dose of intrathecal chemo. She recovered well from her first surgery ever... She will start IV and PO chemo tomorrow for 1 month. She is high risk for tumor lysis syndrome due to her very high WBC count and is partly anemic so she is getting aggressive hydration and frequent labs for the next three days... We have enrolled her in a Phase 3 study protocol AALL1131 so if anyone is familiar with it and has any reservations about it please let us know. Thanks again for being supportive and making us feel that were not alone
