Daniels Commentary: To all those that have such great concern for those working in retail and how they miss out on time with families on Thanksgiving . . . Did you ever think abiut the police officers that protect our cities, paramedics that rush to the rescue, the doctors and nurses saving lives, the tv news people such as myself. Some businesses never close. Notnon Christmas, not on thanksgiving not on the fourth of July. We know going into it that it goes with the territory and now in retail, those accepting the job should see it the same way. Its now part of the norm and will likely never go back to the old ways. But dont forget about those that protect us, save us or bring you the news of the day. We work 24-7-365. That is all. Happy thanksgiving everyone and happy shopping!
