When it reaches a certain age it dies by bursting into flames. This symbolizes the pain and anguish we victim all go through at the hands of cyber bullies. The Phoenix is then reborn from the ashes to live a new life. This symbolizes the goal that we wish to achieve in this group. A place were we can meet in private to cry, get our frustrations out and grow as a group knowing that we are not alone. group goals: the goals of this group is to give a peaceful environment were victims of cyber bulling can meet and be in a safe supportive environment in support to each other. In these meeting we will hear other peoples story and how it has effect them. It is an environment that lets us all know that we are not alone when it comes to cyber bullying. rules: 1. this is a private group for victims of cyber bullying. If they are not a victim they are not aloud to attend the meetings under know circumstances. 2. Everything discussed with in the group stays with in the group. The exception of this rule is when discussing it with your therapist or your sponsor. 3. We are not to use our last names or middle name in meeting. We are to use only our fist name. Fake names are not aloud when identifying our selves. When it is your turn to talk we are to start off with my name is;____ and I am a victim of cyber bullying. From there you tell your story. 4. We are to take turns talking. Know one is to talk until that person is done talking and each person is given 5 minutes to talk unless there are clear signs that the person is suffering from the trauma of their internet attacker. 5. A sponsor must have at least one year of experience with in the program of dealing with cyber bullies before they can be a sponsor to anyone. 6. know one is to over talk someone or stop them when they are telling their story when it is their turn to talk unless they are getting off topic. 7. At the end of each meeting we all stand in a circle, hold hands then say the serenity prayer: God, grant me the serenity to except the things I can not change, the courage to change the things that I can, and the wisdom to know the difference. 8. Followed by a chant: I am somebody special, I am important, I am loved. 9. This is not a group that advertizes in any way other then leaving a signle pamplet with school prinsibles and sycolegest so that when people come to them with the problem they as profeshinals can refer them to the group. 10. We are not intrested in the quontety of the membership but rather the quolity of suport that we can gain from each other.
