Dante Kukulkan Shan was born at 6.15pm tonight, Tuesday, September 23rd. Mother and baby are both doing brilliantly -- and more importantly, so am I!!! :-) Its been a long, exhausting day, but holding my boy in my arms, cuddled tight against my chest, skin-to-skin... life doesnt get much better than that. Expect a photo or two within the next few days. Right now Im off to tend to the Shan family before turning in to hopefully sleep the sleep of the (un)dead!!
