Darren Does the Double at Clogher Valley Riding Club Christmas Show! CVRC’s annual Christmas show took place in the Ecclesville Centre Fintona, with a brilliant turnout of competitors despite the cold conditions. CVRC would like to thank all their generous sponsors who provided all the excellent prizes and rosettes. Our sponsors where Omagh Equestrian, Sallys of Auchnacloy, Eccelsville Centre Fintona, Blue Grass and Fane Valley Stores. We would also like to thank Raymond Caldwell, our course builder who provided another great set of courses for our competitors. The day got off to a great start with our 40cm class with all the children going clear. All of them were so well turned out in their fancy dress festive clothing. In this class we couldn’t pick a winner for turnout so we had to give out 3 prizes, Henry Coote, Nakita Thompson and Mary-Kate Rice. We then had a draw for prizes in the 60cm & 75cm classes from the double clears with Amy McLaughlin & Cookie picking the winning rosette for the 60cm class and Jodie Somerville the winning Rosette for the 75cm class.
