Dashboard camera video taken from a Florida Highway Patrol car shows the capture of a bank robbery suspect. Brian Richards was arrested after authorities said he robbed a Trustco Bank in Clermont. A teller was able to snatch a picture of a getaway car and passed it along to authorities. That car matched the one Richards was driving, Troopers say. He is charged with robbery, grand theft, fleeing, resisting arrest and reckless driving.
