Datuk Eric Chong, President of Branding Association of Malaysia likes the concept of Urban Rooftop Farming, especially in the time where people are conscious about their health. By seeing how the vegetables are planted organically, it will boost up their confidence too. “Without the middle man and transportation cost, it will make the price affordable; furthermore, people who live in city nowadays are yearning for natural healthy living, this concept comes at the right time. I totally support it!” he said. General Manager from Big Orange, Veronica Tang said, “Among all the proposals, this is my favourite; I would give it high compliment and credit.” She further elaborates that not only the concept taps on “free” resources i.e. sunlight and air, but it also allows the consumers to pick their own vegetables. To her, this is a unique selling point. “I would encourage the contestant to present her concept with an image, it would be more convincing to let us see the exact drawing of the rooftop farm. Besides, if there is a café with big panel glasses where the consumers can sit down and admire the green view, it would be even better,” she added. Datin Winnie Loo, the Founder of A Cut Above and Personal Branding Expert from School of Charisma finds the concept very creative, “It’s a practical idea, all the contestant need to do is to find a building that accepts the idea. The other thing I like about the concept is, it helps to beautify the environment,” she said. 对于城市空中菜园的概念，马来西亚品牌协会主席Datuk Eric Chong个人非常赞同。他认为，在这个人人注重健康的年代，这是一个很棒的概念；尤其是当顾客们可以亲眼见证有机蔬菜的种植过程，更会增加他们食用的信心。 “此外，省略了中间人与交通费，有助减低有机蔬菜的价格，让顾客可以轻易负担得起。更何况，这个概念相当符合城市人对大自然与原始方式的向往，我绝对赞成！”他说。 大橙报总经理Veronica Tang说：“在所有的参赛提案里，这是我个人最喜欢的概念，我会给予它非常高的赞扬。” 她觉得整个概念不但采用了免费的资源，如阳光与空气，同时也让顾客亲自体验摘菜的感觉，所以显得与众不同。 “我会鼓励参赛者将整个概念以图画的方式呈现，让我们可以看见空中菜园的摸样。如果，可以在菜园附近打造一间有着落地玻璃的咖啡厅，让顾客一边喝咖啡，一边欣赏绿意，就再好不过了。”她接着说。 A Cut Above的创始人，同时也是School of Charisma讲师的Datin Winnie Loo觉得城市空中菜园是一个极具创意的概念。她说：“如果参赛者可以找到愿意接受这个概念的的大厦，那么城市空中菜园其实是可行的。除此之外，菜园帮助绿化天台的环境，也是我极为喜欢的一点。” traffic.libsyn/melody/Boss_20140821.mp3
