Dave Murrays Latest STL forecast and weather disco…MONDAY...AUGUST 18, 2014: *** Right on Schedule…a summer week on tap with building heat…Plus Thursday night…August 21st…my Fall forecast for STL at 9:30pm on Fox 2*** MONDAY: Partly sunny, warm and humid WINDS: South 5-15 m.p.h. HIGH: 88 degrees. MONDAY NIGHT: Partly cloudy and humid with a few thunderstorms WINDS: South 5-15 m.p.h. LOW: 72 degrees. TUESDAY: Partly sunny, hot and humid with a few spot storms increasing into the night WINDS: South 5-15 mph HIGH: 92 degrees Building heat the rest of the week…mid to upper 90s maybe a run close to 100 THE WEATHER DISCO: Plenty of rain over the weekend…limited storms…a needed rain and a soaking rain…1 to 4 inches on the average…the soil and vegetation needed it…look for a fast dry up this week ahead. A little unsettled Monday, Tuesday and Tuesday night…a few storms at times…then the large southwest high pressure system will ease back at us the rest of the week…resulting in the expected warm up to pure summer…by the end of the week into the up-coming weekend…may be more of a dry heat.
