Dave and I will be down in Philly today with a lot of bread, granola and flat bread. Dave will be setting up at Whole Foods Jenkintown as part of their local vendor program and Ill be at Moms Organic in Bryn Mahr to support our flat bread and granola now available on their store shelves. Wednesday, I was at Penn State. Various colleges in the University employ a program where businesses contract with student groups - in our case we worked with a team of mechanical engineers - to rethink our proposed granola production space to make it more efficient, safe and productive.
