David Junior; Our elected and wannabe elected official can not afford to obey our Tenth Amendment law, because if they did, according to Paul Ryan and, more or less, Scott Walker and Karl Rove, they wont be able to use our wages, salaries and property to buy votes from the masses for Republicans trying to get into office. How can any Republican get into office if he or she cannot promise to maintain and/or increase Federal spending on Socialist Security, Medi-Scare, Medi-Scare Prescription Drug Program, and bring home to the community free hospitals, free ball parks, free band shells, free Obama Phone, free ObamaCare, and all of the thousands upon thousands of free things our elected and wannabe elected Republicans (and of course Democrats) promise us. Why if we get anymore free stuff from voting for Republicans like the Chris the Socialist Christie Republicans, America will go into debt. Imagine that. At this juncture of absolute contempt, by the masses and our Republican and Democrat enemies of our Ninth and Tenth Amendment laws; ELECTIONS ARE NOT THE SOLUTION TO OUR PROBLEM; ELECTIONS ARE THE PROBLEM. How the hell can we afford another election where the Republicans PROMISE their various selected special interest groups, which they visit on the campaign trail, that they will bring them home the bacon, and then turn around and at that same time say they are going to have Federal budget cuts? btw: I have this bridge... The PRIME DIRECTIVE of Operation AMERICAN Spring must be to RESTORE THE RULE OF OUR NINTH AND TENTH AMENDMENT LAWS upon our elected usurpers and despots, so that NO politically impossible Federal Budget cuts will be required. The States shall incrementally nullify all Federal spending, P E R I O D, that isnt authorized under Article I Section 8, pursuant to the Tenth Amendment. And, along with these incremental nullifications the States shall also incrementally nullify all withholding taxes, all employment taxes and all income taxes in obedience to the SCOTUS findings and rulings regarding the Sixteenth Amendment; The ratification of the Sixteenth Amendment confers no new taxes on anyone who wasnt taxable before it.
